Reading the evidence
Sold and asking never share a number
On every chart, completed sales are solid dots and unsold listings are hollow rings. The official retail price is a dashed line, because while a car can still be bought at retail, that caps what it’s worth.
Why most cars say “not graded”
We log sales by hand from public sold listings. We don’t scrape marketplaces, whose terms forbid it, and we won’t publish a value we can’t evidence. A grade appears as soon as the evidence exists.
